TRANSFERS
For a stay of less than 3 nights the transfer is ensured on request.
For a stay from 3 to 6 nights the transfer on arrival between airport, bus station or railway station and the ryad IS INCLUDED.
For a stay of 7 nights or more the transfer on arrival and departure between the airport, the bus station or the railway station and the ryad IS INCLUDED.

PAYMENT
DOWN PAYMENT: 30% of the amount of the stay on the booking.
You can pay the down payment by bank transfer on our French bank account .We wil send you by e-mail our bank account number (RIB). Or also by PAYPAL with our e-mail address darkaotar@hotmail.com. To create a PAYPAL account log on: https: / / www.paypal.com/fr/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_home.
BALANCE : 15 days before the beginning of the stay or after our agreement on your arrival in cash in Euros €,US Dollars $ or £,or by Credit Card (VISA-MASTERCARD-MAESTRO-JCB).
TOTALITY of the STAY: on your arrival after our agreement in cash in Euros €, US Dollars $ or £ or by credit card. To pay on your arrival you have to give us in guarantee the name of the credit card, the holder name and first name ,the number of the credit card and the cryptograme number , the validity date.
At reception of the down payment or the credit card informations your stay is definitively recorded. We will address you a " VOUCHER ", receipt which will be booking certificate mentioning your Name - address - dates of stay (arrival and departure) - number of people - stay amount, down payments and balance due.
The meals or extras taken in Ryad (meal, drinks etc....) are to be paid cash with Dirhams or Euros € or credit card.
CANCELLATIONS
Since the reception of a mail, a fax or cancelletion e-mail : Refunding of 50% of the paid sums (down payment or balance or totality of the stay)
21 days or more before your arrival date on Law and Average season
31 days or more before your arrival date on Hight season (Christmas- Winter and Easter)
If not loss of the the paid sums.
The Riad Dar KAOTAR also agrees to transfer the stay at other times, depending on availability and without penalty or loss of money paid.

We will do what is necessary with the team of Ryad DAR KAOTAR for the success of your stay.We will be able to help you to organize your stay. We can book for you : Typical Moroccans restaurants, folklore spectacles, cars or 4 X 4 rental, visits with approved guides, excursions, visit and purchases in the souks, golf, swimming pool, hammam, etc... These services are to be regulated directly with the concerned people receiving benefits. The cooker and the chambermaid will ensure the service throughout your stay (breakfast-meal-etc...) and the night watchman will take care on you each evening.
